Join us for our next open hour, where we explore various topics in an interactive group setting. These sessions are designed for engagement and collaborative learning, covering a new topic each scheduled date.

Cancellation Policy

**Your first 2 visibility workouts are on us!** Our free Visibility Gym Open Hours give you the opportunity to experience the Gym, learn something practical and take steps towards becoming more visible on LinkedIn. To make sure everyone gets the most out of the sessions, we have a few simple booking guidelines. ### 1. Two Free Visits Per Person Each person may attend a maximum of **two complimentary Visibility Gym Open Hour sessions**, subject to availability. After your two free visits, you're welcome to continue your visibility journey by becoming a Visibility Gym member. ### 2. Limited Places Each Open Hour is limited to **six participants** to allow time for individual attention and meaningful participation. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. ### 3. Booking Confirmation Once registered, you'll receive an email confirming your booking, including the date, time and Microsoft Teams joining details. ### 4. Cancellations Life happens! If you can't attend, please let us know as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours before the session. This allows us to offer your place to someone else. A cancelled booking does not count towards your two free visits. ### 5. No-Shows We love offering these sessions for free, but our time and places are valuable. **If you book and don't attend without letting us know, you will not be eligible to book another complimentary Open Hour, even if you have not used both free visits.** We understand that genuine emergencies happen and will consider these individually. ### 6. Come Ready to Participate Our Open Hours are interactive, practical sessions rather than webinars. Please join on time, preferably from a laptop or desktop, and be ready to participate. ### 7. Respect and Privacy We encourage a friendly, supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable learning and sharing. During some sessions, we may review participants' publicly available online profiles.
